Transit Compliance is a private, third-party service provider that assists motor carriers with filing and compliance requirements. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a part of the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), or any other government agency.
FMCSA allows USDOT holders to grant authorized access to trusted service providers to file the biennial MCS-150 update through the FMCSA Portal. As an authorized service provider, we help facilitate this process on behalf of our clients.
